Composition of paper cups

Paper cup paper is extruded from paper base paper and plastic resin particles. PE resin is generally used for plastic resin. After the paper cup base paper is coated with a single-sided PE film or a double-sided PE film, it becomes a single PE paper cup paper or a double PE paper cup paper.

PE itself is non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, reliable in hygienic performance, stable in chemical properties, balanced in physical and mechanical properties, good in cold resistance, resistant to water, moisture and certain oxygen barrier, good oil resistance, good molding performance and heat. Good sealing performance and so on. PE production of large film, convenient source, low price, but not suitable for high temperature cooking, if the paper has special performance requirements, the resin should have the corresponding performance when coating.
